NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS - All noted faults are listed in description if there are any, and are strictly sold as seen.  For all others see below

​If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return within 14 days for a refund subject to the item being in its original packaging with all tags attached and a resalable condition.  We will inspect the item on receipt, and if there are visible signs of use, or the packing and tags have been removed, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  If the buyer wants the product back it will be at their cost.

The Buyer will pay the return postage.  It is suggested to use a trackable service as no refund will be given without receipt of item, even if lost by the delivery service.

from here you enter your email and you will be sent a 6 digit code. Put that code into the account and you will be able to choose which piece you want to return.  Once submitted please wait for up to 24 hours for instructions to be sent with shipping information. 

Any original invoice with the order number must be sent back with the item along with any promotional items once a return has been initiated and approved.

Order numbers must be written on the packaging to stop delays in refunding.

Multiple orders will arrive together and any unwanted goods should be returned with itemised proof of posting.

Please remember that the products are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document and a signed proof of delivery. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and hold onto it until you have received your refund from Kids Kurta UK.

You will only be refunded by the same payment method used for your original purchase.

A restocking fee of 5% will be deducted.
